Casuals tie to be replayed
Hornets to battle again for right to face Dulwich
On a night of driving rain, the Hornets produced arguably their finest display of the season to knock Premier Division Burgess Hill out of the Velocity Trophy this evening. The Hillians, so often the conquerors of Horsham in recent years, were stunned by three first half goals from Charlie Farmer, their former midfielder Darren Budd, and Lewis Hyde before Aaron Smith-Joseph pulled one back early in the second half. Jack Newhouse restored the home side’s three goal advantage before Cheick Toure netted a consolation for the visitors at the end.
