Horsham 1 Corinthian-Casuals 4
It's all too Casual for Horsham, as title-chasers push on at Hornets' expense
Three goals within the opening half an hour essentially killed Horsham off as The Hornets suffered a third consecutive league defeat.
Horsham got off to the worst possible start when Marcus Evans’ looped header found its way into the net as Josh James misjudged the flight of the ball, and Cray doubled their advantage ten minutes later when James felled Michael Power inside the box to concede a penalty which Power duly converted.
It was game over soon after when Evans rose highest to convert a corner with a thumping header, although there was a question mark whether or not Power got the final touch as the ball crossed the line.
Horsham did improve during the second half, however there was no way back as Cray kept their clean sheet intact to secure the three points.
