Ashford United vs Horsham: MATCH PREVIEW
Second trip to Kent in a week for Hornets, who head to Ashford United on Saturday
Having boosted his squad with the arrivals of a trio of Bostik Premier League experience, Dom Di Paola will be preparing for the visit of promotion chasing Greenwich Borough at Culver Road.
With a good chance to seal a potential league ‘double’, having seen his side win 0-2 away from home earlier in the season against The Cannons, The Hornets will see themselves with a good chance to pick up a fifth win in six matches, although Borough themselves are riding high, having not lost since that Hornets victory back in November.
Despite Borough’s high standings in the league, the club recently parted company with player-boss Gary Alexander last month, having failed to gain automatic promotion last season, while currently sitting in 4th position, as Lewes and Cray Wanderers continue to occupy the top two places.
Saturday’s match has kindly been sponsored by Simon Edwards (Utilities) Consulting Ltd. The club thanks them for their support.
