Horsham v Three Bridges: MATCH PREVIEW
Manager's thoughts ahead of Saturday's 'derby' clash
Barely a month has passed since the Hornets last kicked a ball in anger but manager Dom Di Paola has wasted little time in strengthening his side for the forthcoming Bostik League campaign, signing three new players this week with the promise of more to come over the summer.
Twenty-one year old midfielder Will Hoare joins the club from East Grinstead Town, for whom he made fifty appearances last season having spent twelve years at the Crystal Palace Academy, and there’s a return to Horsham for striker Rob O’Toole who supporters will recall began last season with the Hornets before agreeing to drop into the County League with Saltdean United where he scored twenty-three goals in all competition.
Another to have previously worn the amber and Lincoln Green last season is Charlie Harris, who marked his debut with our opening goal in a 2-1 win over Lewes only to complete the match in goal following an unfortunate injury to Brannon Daly. We are delighted that the Eastbourne Borough man is now able to join the club on a permanent basis after last season’s month-long loan.
The club is particularly pleased to announce that each of the above have signed contracts through to the end of next season.
