Horsham U14 Amber travelled down to Felpham for this late kick-off for what was their third league match of the season and started well, scoring twice in the first ten minutes through Zain Beg and an own goal. The squad looked comfortable all game and increased their lead through a Max Warren penalty which spurred the lads on, enabling them to three more times through Leighton Read, Joe Simpkin and Deon Mubaiwa. Although wasteful finishing denied the Hornets an even greater margin of victory, the important thing was that we have learned from some mistakes from last week and defensively switched on, which lead to Isaac Small winning the Man of the Match award. It was a good all-round performance from the squad.
